We just love it. What to say more about fish fry? My hubby is a fish lover. So we cook fish most of the time. If i make fish fry for lunch, nothing makes him more happy. Fish has taken an important role in our diet with its taste and its goodness. So here i am sharing 3 different recipes to make fish fry.

6)Lemon juice - 1/2 tspn (fresh)
7)Salt - to taste

Preparation:-
1)Marinate fish atleast for 1hr in the fridge with all the masala.
2)Preheat oven to 350d.
3)Place fish in an oven safe plate n keep the fish inside the oven n set the oven to broil.

[B]Recipe no:2
1)Fish - 1lb
2)Pepper powder - 1/2 - 1tspn (freshly grounded)
3)Garlic paste - 1/2tspn (fresh)
4)Turmeric powder - a pinch
5)Lemon juice - few drops
6)Salt - to taste

Preperation:- *Same as above.

NB:- Cooking can be done according to the size of the fish.. no need to add extra oil if you are using whole fish with skin. Make slits on fish before marinating. You can broil the fish till you see that golden brown colour on its skin. If it is fish fillet, then just rub some oil on the plate and on fish. Fillets will be done in 5-10 mins. Increase or decrease the quantity of ingredients as per ur taste. For added taste, take fresh curry leaves and rub it with coconut oil. Put this over the fish for few seconds in the oven. Dont let the curry leaves burn.

[C]Recipe no:3

This is how my mom used to make fish fry when she didnt have time to marinate with all other stuffs. This is a very simple and tasty recipe.

1)Fish - 3-4 pieces
2)Red chilli powder - 1tspn
3)Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
4)Tumeric powder - 1/4 tspn
5)Salt - as per taste

Preparation :-
Clean fish properly and drain it. Mix all the ingredients above together with a little water and make it a paste. Now add fish to this paste. Let the pieces get coated well with this paste. If you have time, keep it for 15-30 minutes. Now fry it in oil or broil it with oil spray.
