Coconut Crepe Rolls

When i talk about this snack, my mouth starts watering. We call it mutta pathiri (egg pathiri) back home. It is so delicious that you will find it hard to stop eating it. So when you make it, make sure that you will get some to eat.

Ingredients
1.Maida flour - 1cup (allpurpose flour)
2.Sugar & Salt - to taste
3.Cardamom powder - to taste (freshly ground)
4.Egg - 1
5.Coconut - 1 cup (shredded - fresh or frozen)

Preperation :-
1.Make a thick liquid paste by mixing all the ingredients above except coconut.
2.Meanwhile, mix coconut with some sugar and cardamom powder to taste.
3.If possible, warm this coconut mix a little in microwave and keep it closed.
4.Heat a flat pan and make dosa like crepes with the liquid mix.
5.Spread 1 to 2 tspns of coconut mix in each crepes and roll it.
6. You can serve it warm either cutting it into peices or as whole.
