Kothu Porotta / Shredded Masala Porotta (A South Indian special flat bread)

Ingredients
1.Porotta - 2nos (medium size)
2.Egg - 1
3.Onion - 1/2 cup (chopped)
4.Tomato - 1
5.Mutton Gravy - 1 cup
           (or)
6.Masala Powder - 1/2tspn
7.Oil - 1tspn (Porotta will have enough oil in it. so use just a little for sauteing)

Preperation :-

1.Shred the porottas into very small peices. You can even chop it.
2.Heat up oil in a non-stick pan and saute onions.
3.Crush the tomato into this sauted onions and cook it.
4.Meanwhile, beat egg with mutton gravy and keep it aside.
                                (OR)
(Add masala powder to onions and sautee it well with tomato. You can even add other spices for added taste)
5.Add beated egg to this onion and tomato and stir it well.
6.Add porottas to half cooked egg gravy (egg should be slightly scrabmled) and mix it very well.
7.Do it till you see porottas are very well cooked and blended with the masala.
8.Serve it hot.

NB: Ethinic Madurai Kothu Porotta is made by using mutton gravy. Not with other spices.
