Simple Chicken Fry

Ingredients
1.Chicken - 2 leg pieces (drumsticks)
2.Gingergarlic paste - 1/2tspn
3.Chicken Masala - 1/2tspn
4.Coriander Powder - 1/4-1tspn
5.Chilli Powder - 1/2 tspn
6.Pepper Powder - 1/4tspn
7.Turmeric Powder - a pinch
8.Salt - to taste
9.Lemon juice - 1/2tspn
Preperation:-
1.Wash, make slits and drain chicken legs for few minutes.
2.Now mix lemon juice with a pinch of salt and apply it inside the slits and keep it for 2mins.
3.Add rest of the ingredients to chicken legs and make sure that the masala is well coated.
4.Marinate this in fridge atleast 1hr. You can keep it in fridge covered till 8 hrs.
5.Fry it in oil as u like.
NB: I usually apply some oil in these pieces and microwave it or broil it in oven till it is well cooked and fried. The pic above is the one i made in microwave.
