Mulaku varutha Beans (Spicy beans)

Ingredients:-
1)Beans - 2 cups (chopped) or 1 pack frozen french cut beans(thawed)
2)Shallots - 2-3 nos (small pearl shallots)
3)Mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn
4)Curryleaves - 1 string
5)Redchilli Powder - 1tspn (or as per ur taste)
6)Oil - as required
7)Salt - as required

Preperation:-

1)Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
2)Add chopped shallots and fry it till it is light brown in colour.
3)Now, clear the middle portion of the pan by bringing beans to one side and let the oil drain.Do not forget to reduce the flame to low.
4)Add chilli powder to this clear oil and fry it till it leave that raw smell.
5)Mix sauteed shallots with this chilli by sprinkling some water.
6)Add beans and salt to this and mix it well. Let it cook in low flame without water with closed lid.
7)When it is half cooked, open the lids and make it dry
8)Add fresh curry leaves to this. Ready to serve.
