Nenthraka Upuma / Plantain Upuma

Ingredients :-
Nenthrkaya / Ripe Plantain - 1 (cut into small bite size peices)
Rava - 1cup
Ghee - 3tspn
Cashew and Raisens - 1tbspn each
Turmeric powder - a pinch to 1/4tspn
Curryleaves - 1string
Salt - to taste
Water -  1 1/2 cup

Preperation :-
1.Heat ghee in a kadai / chatti and sautee cashew and raisens till it turns its colour slightly.
2.Now add chopped plantain into this and sautee it well.
3.Add water to this and bring it to boil.
4.Add salt lightly to this along with curryleaves.
5.Now add rava little by little to the boiling water by stirring continuously.
6.Keep stirring till it starts thickening and take off from the stove top when it is ready to serve.
