>> 12/26/09

Ingredients :-
1.Cooked rice - 4 cups
2.Yogurt/curd - 1 cup
3.Ginger - 1tbspn (chopped)
4.Green chillies - 3 (chopped)
5.Curryleaves - 1 string
6.Mustard seeds - 1/2-1tspn
7.Salt - to taste

Preperation :-
1.Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds in it.
2.Add curry leaves to this and let that splutter.
3.Now add chopped ginger and green chillies to this and fry it till its raw smell is gone.
4.Meanwhile, beat yogurt/curd in a blender with required salt.
5.Put this yogurt to the fried stuff on stove and just warm it in very low flame.
6.Switch off the stove and add cooked rice to this.
7.Mix it well and ready to serve.

NB : I usually add some veggies to sadam. Mostly i use brinjal and some times eggs for this. What i do is i will fry chopped brinjal after ginger and chillies are fried. Once brinjal is cooked and kind of fried, i add yogurt and then rice and finally scrambled eggs. Yummyyyyy!!!! trust me.
