Dinner Rolls

Ingredients :-
1.Allpourpose Flour(maida) - 250gms
2.Milk Powder - 1
3.Butter - 1tbspn
4.Active Yeast - 2.5 tspn
5.Sugar - 1tbspn
6.Egg - 2 nos

Preperation :-
1.Mix yeast in half cup of warm water and keep it in warm place till it rises.
2.In a bowl, mix flour,sugar, milk powder, 1 egg, butter and yeast together and make it to a soft dough.
3.Roll it thin and long. Now you can shape this as you like.
4.Cover it with warm wet cloth and keep it covered in warm area for another 3 hrs.
5.It should double in size after fermenting.
6.Beat 1 egg and give these dough rolls a rough egg wash before baking.
7.Preheat oven to (200d celcius) 400 d f and bake it for 15-20 mins.
8.Serving it hot will be more tastier.
