Bread Sandwich - A Meal Replacement Snack

Ingredients :-
1.Wheat Bread - 3 slices
2.Tomato - 2nos
3.Garlic Mayo - 1tspn (Lowfat)
              (or)
4.Avocado paste - 1tbspn
5.Greenpeas paste - 1tbspn
6.Chilli Powder - 1/2 tspn
7.Pepper Powder - 1/4tspn
8.Garam Masala - 1/4tspn
9.Turmeric Powder - a pinch
10.Turkey Breast - 1 thin slice
11.Lettuce/Spinach - a couple of leaves (crispy fresh)

Before getting preperation, let me tell you how these ingredients will help us in slimming.
1.Wheat bread - When compared to rice and maida, wheat has more fiber and protiens.
2.Tomato - Rich in vitamins, pottasium and antioxidants which fights free radicals in our body.
3.Lowfat Garlic Mayonese - Mayonese, As it says, comparitively low in fat and is mostly used to add flavour and garlic is said to be cholestrol reducer.
4.Avocad - Said to be the Heavenly Fruit, is packed with good cholestrol yet high in calories. So replace other food with avocado.
5.Greenpeas - Packed with 8 vitamins, 7 minerals, dietary fiber and protien. All these are a must for weightloss. Thus it works as a slimming agent.
6.Turkey Breast - A Lean meat and turkey meat is comparitively low in fat. Breast is packed with protiens as well. Just perfect.
7.Lettuce - Do not add much to our diet but has fiber in it.
8.Spinach - Very nutritious veg which is packed with iron.

Preperation :-
1.Cook tomatoes with all powders without oil in microwave or on stovetop. Let it get dried a little bit and make paste with it.
2.Cook greenpeas seperate. Make it a paste and keep aside.
3.Now toast turkey breast slice lightly (if it is a cooked ham) or just warm it. You can even use it directly from the pack.
4.Toast bread as per your taste and spread tomato paste in one slice and keep turkey slice on top.
5.Spread greenpeas paste on one side of a bread slice and keep it on top of trukey slice.
6.Keep spinach and (or) lettuce on top and cover it with 3rd slice of bread after spreading greenpeas paste.
6.Cut it diagonaly into half and warm it a little in microwave if needed.

NB :- If you are not an overweight person, you can also add a slice or two of cheese preferably lowfat.
